Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in logistics or air freight operations
  • Knowledge of airfreight operations and compliance
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate with suppliers and partners

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of logistics industry experience preferably in air freight

Job Duties

  • Track and trace shipments thru alarm management and checkpoint verification at key milestones
  • Communicate effectively with QuickSTAT vendors including service partners and airlines to ensure consistent customer satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Relationship Managers, Customer Service, and Commercial Business Development to ensure maximum client satisfaction
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to Management and update clients in conjunction with Customer Service
  • Ensure all time and temperature requirements are maintained during transit
  • Manage the department mailbox including receipt of new bookings and internal inquiries
  • Handle telephone inquiries from internal and external departments accurately and efficiently
  • Keep Management advised of potential confirmed issues as they arise
  • Provide shipment-specific processing and timely communication of order updates
  • Manage and monitor vendor network activities for compliance with QuickSTAT procedures
  • Collaborate with Customer Service and other departments to maximize client satisfaction
  • Escalate client issues to management as required
  • Ensure accuracy of shipment documentation and compliance with country regulations and quality management systems including ISO and GDP
  • Identify and implement strategies to improve service quality and productivity
  • Utilize Quick Enterprise Systems such as QuickTrac, QuickOnline/RX, and Quick Oasis effectively
  • Perform department-specific functions as assigned
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties at management's request
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Embrace the company mission by providing highest quality global transportation and logistics services
  • Ensure compliance with all required training certifications
