Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership, mentoring, and team development skills
- Strong operational knowledge including inventory, labor management, food safety, and P&L oversight
- Focus on exceptional customer service and brand standards
- Ability to manage multiple locations and adapt to challenges
- Willingness to travel regularly between locations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient in restaurant management software
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
