Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proven leadership, mentoring, and team development skills
  • Strong operational knowledge including inventory, labor management, food safety, and P&L oversight
  • Focus on exceptional customer service and brand standards
  • Ability to manage multiple locations and adapt to challenges
  • Willingness to travel regularly between locations
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in restaurant management software
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in quick-service or fast-casual restaurants
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills
