The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of multi-unit management experience within quick-service or fast-casual restaurants, demonstrating strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. This role demands a strategic leader who not only manages day-to-day operations but also drives long-term business growth through innovative ideas and process improvements. Responsibilities include managing budgets and profit and loss statements, overseeing staffing and training across locations, addressing operational challenges, and traveling regularly between sites to maintain a hands-on presence.
Flexibility is essential, as this position requires availability during weekends and holidays, adapting to the dynamic needs of the quick-service restaurant environment. Job Requirements
