Job Requirements

  • minimum three years of experience managing in quick-serve, fast casual, or café environments
  • ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance with background check
  • proven experience managing scheduling, labor costs, and daily operations in a high-volume setting
  • strong track record of leading, training, and motivating diverse teams
  • hands-on experience supporting food preparation, beverage service, and register operations
  • knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and airport operational guidelines
  • familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high guest traffic environment
