Job Requirements
- minimum three years of experience managing in quick-serve, fast casual, or café environments
- ability to obtain and maintain airport security clearance with background check
- proven experience managing scheduling, labor costs, and daily operations in a high-volume setting
- strong track record of leading, training, and motivating diverse teams
- hands-on experience supporting food preparation, beverage service, and register operations
- knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and airport operational guidelines
- familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high guest traffic environment
