Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to engage professionally with guests and coworkers
- Must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers card
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job including standing for long periods and lifting
- Must follow company safety and hygiene protocols
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Create warm, memorable dining moments by greeting guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and ensuring guests' needs are met
- Know the menu thoroughly including ingredients, dietary needs, daily specials, and alcohol service guidelines
- Deliver food and drinks quickly and accurately to tables
- Manage multiple tables simultaneously while maintaining clean service areas and calm under pressure
- Handle payments with precision, following company and security protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the service area
- Maintain stamina and energy levels throughout the shift by being physically active and attentive
