- experience using precision measurement tools
- ability to read and interpret blueprints
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to work independently and as part of a team

- 2+ years manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
- knowledge of geometric tolerancing and trigonometry preferred
- trade school or technical training preferred
- machine safety or quality systems training preferred
Job Duties
- perform in-process and final inspections of sheet metal products
- utilize precision tools including calipers and micrometers
- interpret blueprints, work orders, and customer specifications
- verify dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerances
- document inspection results and maintain quality records
- identify non-conforming materials and initiate corrective actions
- collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- conduct first article inspections on new or revised parts
- verify inspection tools are within calibration standards
- support quality improvement initiatives and reporting
