We are currently looking for a meticulous and detail-driven Quality Inspector to join our team on the first shift. The Quality Inspector is essential to Micro Metals' commitment to production excellence and continuous improvement. As a member of the quality team, you will provide vital inspection data and quality documentation that supports ongoing quality assurance initiatives to reduce defects and improve manufacturing processes.

At Micro Metals, we value employees who are thorough, proactive, and team-oriented. This role requires a quality-focused professional with strong attention to detail and accuracy, capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Additional responsibilities include conducting first article inspections on new or revised parts, verifying that inspection tools are properly calibrated, and participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing overall production quality and operational efficiency.

The work environment is a dynamic manufacturing shop floor, requiring adaptability to moderate noise, vibration, and the physical demands of standing and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Safety is paramount; therefore, adherence to personal protective equipment protocols and machine safety standards is mandatory. This role provides an opportunity to grow professionally within a stable company that offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement through training and skills development.

If precision, reliability, and quality are your professional priorities and you want to join a team that appreciates your dedication and expertise, Micro Metals encourages you to apply for this rewarding Quality Inspector position.
