- Willingness to work in the Memphis airport area

Job Qualifications
- Must have apparel quality experience
Job Duties
- Maintain accurate inspection records, tracking defect types, frequencies, and trends
- Prepare quality reports, communicate findings to production teams, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with production staff to develop, implement, and reinforce quality control standards and inspection techniques
- Inspect finished garments for defects, verify measurements, and conduct functional testing to ensure quality and specification compliance
- Use appropriate tools and methods to assess workmanship, fabric quality, durability, and overall product performance
