- Minimum 3 years of recruiting hiring training and supervisory experience
- customer service desired

- cleaning experience preferred
- valid driver's license with clean driving record
- physically and mentally capable of performing Quality Assurance Manager duties
- bi-lingual
- must be bondable
- cooperate with you unit franchisee and office staff
- perform duties according to the Maid Right system
- act in best interest of you unit franchisees customers and team members
- detail orientated
- service oriented
- verbal and written communication skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office
- ability to multi-task

Job Duties
- Train unit franchisees how to operate their Maid Right franchise
- conduct new customer walk throughs with the unit franchisee
- conduct regular quality assurance visits with unit franchisee
- assist in all areas of accurate and timely data entries of customer and franchisee transactions
- assist Quality Assurance Manager with training needs
- provide receptionist relief and support for breaks absences and as needed
- perform other related tasks and activities as assigned
