  • Minimum 3 years of recruiting hiring training and supervisory experience
  • customer service desired
  • sales training
  • training
  • coaching
  • cleaning experience preferred
  • valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • physically and mentally capable of performing Quality Assurance Manager duties
  • bi-lingual
  • must be bondable
  • cooperate with you unit franchisee and office staff
  • perform duties according to the Maid Right system
  • act in best interest of you unit franchisees customers and team members
  • detail orientated
  • service oriented
  • verbal and written communication skills
  • proficient in Microsoft Office
  • ability to multi-task
  • self-directed

Job Duties

  • Train unit franchisees how to operate their Maid Right franchise
  • conduct new customer walk throughs with the unit franchisee
  • conduct regular quality assurance visits with unit franchisee
  • assist in all areas of accurate and timely data entries of customer and franchisee transactions
  • assist Quality Assurance Manager with training needs
  • provide receptionist relief and support for breaks absences and as needed
  • perform other related tasks and activities as assigned
