Job Description
Our company is a reputable surrogacy agency committed to providing comprehensive support and care to women who wish to become surrogates. We specialize in connecting intended parents with qualified surrogates to create families, offering a supportive environment throughout the entire surrogacy journey. As a trusted leader in the surrogacy field, we provide thorough health screenings, legal assistance, and a range of benefits to ensure the well-being of our surrogates. Our agency operates with the utmost professionalism, prioritizing safety, transparency, and emotional support, which makes us a preferred choice for women looking to make a meaningful impact by helping others grow their families.
The Surrogate role is a unique and rewarding opportunity for women who meet specific criteria and are passionate about helping others start or expand their families. This position offers an attractive earning potential ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 or more, including bonuses. Surrogates will undergo health screenings and receive support throughout the process, from initial matching with intended parents to the final stages of pregnancy and delivery. This role is suitable for women aged 21 to 36 with a low body mass index (BMI under 32), a history of at least one successful pregnancy and delivery, and good mental and physical health. The agency ensures all expenses are covered, including legal fees and health insurance, providing a stress-free and supported experience. Additionally, surrogates can benefit from wellness and housekeeping programs and fast matching processes to intended parents, making this more than a job but a compassionate journey with substantial financial and emotional rewards.
