Job Requirements
- Full time required
- Availability during all hours of operation and at least one hour pre-opening and post-closing required
- Valid state driver’s license required
- Excellent communication skills required
- Physical ability to frequently bend, twist, kneel, squat, stand, walk
- Occasionally climb and descend ladders
- Tolerate extreme cold and hot temperatures and work in and around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises
- Ability to reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50+ lbs occasionally

Job Duties
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
- Coach and correct team members
- Conduct second interviews for team members and shift leads
- Maintain a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
- Assign shift duties to team members and ensure completion
- Direct team and ensure all food items are prepared and served according to brand, company, and health regulations
- Cascade relevant information and assist with new product training
- Place campaign materials upon request
- Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
- Complete end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts
- Handle administrative duties in absence of Restaurant Manager
- Guarantee a safe environment by following all laws and safety codes
- Complete reports on all incidents following the 5-minute rule policy
- Partner with Restaurant Manager to meet financial and operational metrics
