Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant or food service preferred
- ability to work days and evenings shifts
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to perform duties including bending twisting kneeling standing walking climbing ladders tolerating heat cold and working near kitchen equipment
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational skills
- must comply with all health and safety regulations
- must be able to complete paperwork and cash handling tasks accurately

- reach grasp and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift including reaching for objects overhead
- push pull lift and carry up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 plus lbs occasionally including lifting from ground to overhead
Job Duties
- provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members to do the same
- maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties and assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion
- directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with all brand company and health department regulations and coaches team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management
- ensures product quality food safety and operational standards are met
- monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash sales and inventory control records for the duration of the shift and completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required
- communicates any discrepancies to immediate supervisor
- guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes
- completes reports on all incidents following company policy
- lives company values including one team do the right thing takes ownership play to win
