- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in restaurant management or equivalent leadership role
- Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to meet scheduling needs
- Eligible to work in the United States
