Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, scientific, or construction-related discipline from an accredited college or university and 8 years related experience and/or training
- or 10 years equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of construction practices (i.e., formwork, rebar, concrete placing, etc.)
- Quality assurance-related experience preferably in the nuclear power industry (DOE/DOD facilities)
- Quality inspector experience
- Demonstrated skill and knowledge with applicable quality codes and standards preferably NRC regulations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, scientific, or construction-related discipline
- Certification as Inspector Level II or III
- Extensive experience in quality assurance and inspection
- Knowledge of applicable quality codes and standards
- Experience in nuclear power industry quality assurance preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- Manages all aspects of quality control
- Oversees inspection staff
- Ensures a safe work environment
- Participates in training and certifications
- Enforces compliance with quality codes and standards
- Coordinates quality assurance activities on site
- Collaborates with project teams to resolve quality issues
