Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- valid certifications for responsible beverage service
- able to work on your feet for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- fast-paced movements and mobility required to cover bar and floor space efficiently
- ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions as part of daily bar operations
Job Qualifications
- Previous barback or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- strong work ethic, organization, and the ability to move with urgency
- comfortable with fast-paced, physically demanding environments
- team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- passion for hospitality, curiosity to learn, and commitment to growth
- must be 21+ and have valid certifications for responsible beverage service
Job Duties
- Support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, organized, and spotless throughout every shift
- anticipate and fulfill restocking needs for spirits, beer, juice, syrups, garnishes, and glassware
- maintain ice bins and bar tools to ensure smooth service flow
- assist with prep tasks such as juicing, cutting garnishes, and batching syrups
- help with breakdown, cleaning, and resetting the bar after service
- learn cocktail ingredients, spirits, and service techniques to build a foundation for growth
- follow all health, safety, and compliance standards, including responsible alcohol service
- work as a team player, supporting floor staff, bartenders, and bar leadership where needed
