As a growing business, Pouring with Heart operates several renowned bars across the country, delivering unique and memorable experiences to their customers. Their commitment to creating a supportive and empowering environment for their employees is evident through their focus on professional growth and community impact. By fostering an atmosphere of teamwork and genuine care, Pouring with Heart stands out as a leader in the hospitality industry, dedicated to raising the human spirit in every interaction.

One of their exciting locations, Seven Grand in Denver, is currently seeking a dedicated Barback to join their team. This role is vital to the success of the bar, acting as the backbone by ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. The Barback is responsible for stocking, organizing, and preparing all necessary bar components to allow bartenders to provide top-tier service. It's a hands-on position that requires fast-paced work, physical endurance, and a professional mindset. This job offers an outstanding opportunity for individuals eager to grow their knowledge and skills within a vibrant and supportive company. While previous experience in barback or hospitality roles is preferred, Pouring with Heart values a strong work ethic, curiosity, and commitment to growth equally.

At Seven Grand, the Barback will engage in a variety of responsibilities that keep the bar service flowing seamlessly. They will manage inventory for spirits, beer, juices, syrups, garnishes, and glassware, maintaining everything in pristine condition. They will also perform prep work such as juicing and cutting garnishes, supporting the overall cocktail crafting process. Physical stamina is essential as the role includes standing for extended periods, lifting heavy loads, and fast movements. Safety and compliance with responsible alcohol service are crucial aspects of the position.

This opportunity is not just about performing tasks; it is also about developing a strong foundation in hospitality. Employees are encouraged to learn cocktail ingredients, spirits, and service techniques, positioning themselves for future roles and leadership opportunities within Pouring with Heart. The company fosters career development by providing ongoing training, tastings, and workshops to build technical skills and deepen product knowledge.

Working at Pouring with Heart means more than just a job. It means joining a close-knit community that values every member's contributions and well-being. Full-time employees enjoy comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage. They also have access to a 401K plan with a company match, an employee assistance program that supports mental health and financial wellness, and fully covered short and long-term disability as well as life insurance. The culture encourages participation in community outreach, sustainability initiatives, and multiple team-building events throughout the year, fostering a joyful and collaborative workplace.

For individuals passionate about hospitality and eager to be part of a spirited and ambitious team, the Barback role at Seven Grand within Pouring with Heart offers a fulfilling and growth-oriented career path.
