Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation such as an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof provided upon hire
- Smartphone with a data plan to use the company mobile app
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift
- Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste
- Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance with you listed as a covered driver
- Authorized to work in the U.S. with proof required upon hire
- Ability to operate an open-bed pickup truck or vehicle hauling a trailer
- Skilled in using smartphone apps for logging and reporting
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable walking long distances and climbing stairs repeatedly
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Job Duties
- Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within an apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor using your truck or vehicle with trailer
- Use the company mobile app on your smartphone to log service details including arrival, departure, tracking, and non-compliance photos
- Walk the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ensure safety by using provided gloves, vests, and gear
- Document and report any issues or non-compliance observed during service
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors and team members
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and maintain punctuality
