Job Requirements
- One year of related experience
- completes required training as scheduled
- ability to serve the needs of guests through face-to-face interactions
- demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- communication and interpersonal skills
- commitment to high level of guest satisfaction
- ability to perform basic math skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- ability to learn and use telephone and computer systems used at the hotel
- working knowledge and skills in computer operation
- strong attention to detail
- ability to handle multiple tasks
- ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
- knowledge of various inventory methods and practices
- ability to work AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required

Job Duties
- Receive, verify, and process all goods received by the hotel
- perform storeroom operations tasks including receiving, inspecting, documenting, and distributing merchandise
- maintain storeroom organization
- conduct inventory and maintenance
- report stock levels of merchandise to Manager
- maintain a clean, orderly, efficient storeroom operation
