Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year experience in hospitality housekeeping
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Capable of standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods
- Strong manual dexterity
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to comply with company background checks and drug testing
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Create guest satisfaction and exceed expectations by providing service brand standards and genuine hospitality
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in customer and employee areas
- Vacuum carpeted areas, clean surfaces including glass and furniture, dust, and remove trash and recycling
- Maintain cleanliness of service landings, linen closets, lobby, bathrooms, elevators, and fitness center equipment
- Collect and transport dirty glassware, ensuring proper washing and restocking
- Report maintenance and special guestroom issues promptly to supervisor
- Follow safety regulations and hotel policies while working as a team member to maintain a pleasant work environment
