Job Duties
- Staff information booths providing ground transportation options accommodations and event assistance to passengers
- Serve as an Airport Ambassador ensuring passenger flow and public safety at key points
- Promote Boston and New England through explanation of tourist attractions hospitality services and Logan Modernization
- Operate display systems providing relevant airline airport information managing paging and lost and found services and assisting with ADA inquiries
- Resolve passenger inquiries and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Adhere to emergency protocols and procedures to ensure passenger safety
- Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to enhance the airport experience
