The organization is dedicated to creating communities that residents are proud to call home, cultivating a brand that fosters genuine connections with its residents. The company thrives on speed, creativity, and a culture of ownership, encouraging employees to make meaningful impacts within their roles.
The Public Relations Specialist role based in Kaukauna, WI, is a multifaceted position that goes beyond traditional public relations. This role is integral to safeguarding and expanding the Focus brand through varied community engagement, resident communication, social media management, event coordination, and acquisition rebranding efforts. The specialist acts as the brand guardian, ensuring the Focus name is consistently represented across all platforms and communities. Their responsibility includes managing resident email campaigns, overseeing web content audit for brand consistency, and maintaining the company’s presence on social media platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook. Community relations are also central to this position, requiring strong relationship-building with local businesses, organizations, and city officials. The specialist attends community meetings and coordinates outreach initiatives that strengthen partnerships and promote brand visibility. They also organize and manage events tied to property launches and resident engagement, ensuring the logistics, vendor relations, and communications align seamlessly with the overall Focus brand experience.
A substantial portion of the role involves coordinating rebranding efforts during property acquisitions, helping to manage signage transitions and communication rollouts to ensure residents experience a smooth and positive transition. This role demands creativity, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
