Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality industry
  • must pass a standard background check
  • availability to work morning and evening shifts
  • must be able to work weekends, holidays, and weekends
  • ability to work extended hours during holiday shifts
  • basic proficiency in English
  • willingness to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry including guest or customer service
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle real-time inquiries professionally
  • familiarity with public paging systems preferred
  • ability to maintain professionalism and organization in work environment
  • flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
  • bilingual abilities encouraged but not required

Job Duties

  • Provide accurate information and courteous service to passengers and visitors
  • operate public paging systems as directed
  • maintain a professional and organized workspace
  • follow the approved operating schedule as outlined in the Operations Manual
  • maintain flexibility for emergency staffing needs or operational changes
  • work extended holiday shifts requiring coverage up to 19 hours
  • support bilingual communication if applicable
