Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles advantageous
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties
Strong interpersonal skills
Must comply with Hyatt’s grooming and appearance standards

Job Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
Able to lift, pull and push moderate weight
Excellent communication skills
Able to walk and stand throughout the duration of the shift
Must be able to work AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness of hotel public and back-of-house areas
Provide superior guest service and communication
Engage positively with guests maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor
Push and pull moderate weight as needed for cleaning tasks
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Follow health and safety protocols
Assist with setup and breakdown of public areas as required
