This role is for a skilled Custodian committed to keeping public and employee restrooms and showers impeccably clean, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. The Custodian will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various surfaces including glass and floors, using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Beyond cleaning, the role includes dusting surfaces, emptying trash containers and ashtrays, inspecting furniture for damage, and maintaining lights. Safety is paramount as the Custodian must follow all company safety policies, post caution signs, and promptly report any maintenance concerns or hazards.

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean public and employee restrooms and showers
- clean glass in public and employee areas
- clean floor surfaces in public or employee space using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment
- dust surfaces in assigned area
- empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns in public areas into proper containers
- inspect condition of furniture for tears, rips, and stains and report damages
- clean and maintain lights
