Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial roles preferred
- Ability to work evening shifts
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols

- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is advantageous
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties and lift light objects
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Job Duties
- Clean all hotel lobby areas including dusting, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, taking out the trash
- Clean all public restrooms including sinks and toilets, sweep and mop floors, replenish supplies, take out trash
- Clean pool area including replenishing supplies, taking out trash, cleaning glass windows, wiping down tables and surfaces
- Clean exercise room including cleaning mirrors, wiping down equipment, taking out trash, running vacuum cleaner, cleaning glass doors
- Assist with cleaning guest rooms and laundry when needed
- Complete general cleaning of administrative offices and Front Office areas including removing trash, vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping non-carpeted areas
- Complete general cleaning of Associate break room including dusting, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces, cleaning windows, taking out trash
- Deliver various items to guests including towels, bedding, cribs, toiletry items
- Know and follow hotel emergency procedures
- Accommodate guest special requests courteously
- Answer guest questions regarding local area facilities and services
- Carry out any reasonable management requests within capability
