Job Requirements

High school diploma
One year of experience cleaning in a restaurant, hotel or convention space
Strong customer service and oral communication skills
U.S. work authorization (required)

Job Duties

Greet, acknowledge and provide the highest level of service to guests and tenants
Have complete knowledge and understanding of the food hall including tenant directory and parking
Ensure tables and chairs are cleaned and sanitized after the departure of each guest and return any china or trays to tenant stall
Maintain the food hall interior, patio and back of house areas organized and clean of debris and garbage
Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following organizational standards and sanitation regulations
Clean and perform routine restroom checks every 30 minutes
Report promptly and in full uniform for all scheduled shifts, including mandatory meetings
Have fun
