We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Public Area Attendant to join our Housekeeping Department. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of all guest common areas, contributing directly to the resort’s reputation for pristine environments and guest satisfaction. The Public Area Attendant will be responsible for maintaining all public spaces including the lobby, restrooms, hallways, and storage areas. This position requires a strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to identifying and reporting maintenance or cleanliness issues. As a Public Area Attendant, you will engage in routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, dusting, and glass cleaning while also addressing spot cleaning of carpets to ensure all public areas are welcoming and comfortable for guests. You will manage adequate supplies of amenities and toiletries in common areas and promptly report any deficiencies or maintenance needs to supervisors.
