Job Requirements
- physical fitness to stand for long periods
- ability to lift items up to 50 pounds 23 kilograms
- ability to bend and kneel to complete tasks
- flexible attitude towards shift work including nights weekends and holidays
- basic literacy and numeracy skills
- willingness to learn and adapt
- commitment to guest service excellence
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- literacy skills including reading writing and basic maths
- ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work well in a team environment
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- making sure every public and guest area is at its absolute best for our guests
- helping guests with their needs such as finding elevators or providing forgotten items
- keeping supervisors informed about progress or issues
- monitoring and controlling supplies to minimize waste
- reuniting guests with lost or misplaced items
- assisting regularly with deep cleaning projects
