Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in hospitality or cleaning preferred but not required
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and work independently
- physical ability to perform cleaning duties and stand for long durations
Job Qualifications
- desire to take initiative and be self-motivated
- ability to use good judgement and problem-solving skills
- certification sign off after completing training
- ability to lift, carry or otherwise move up to 10 lbs regularly and 25 lbs occasionally
- ability to move and stand for extended periods of time
Job Duties
- assist the team in providing highest quality of service and cleanliness in the public areas of hotel
- restock linen closets, linen and storage rooms with linen and supplies
- when necessary, strip guest rooms of linen and trash
- vacuum and or mop hallways and stairwells
- clean registration desk, vacuum, clean fingerprints off glass doors in lobby
- clean sink, toilet, mop floor and replenish supplies in public restrooms
- replenish supplies, take out trash, clean glass doors and residue from tables, check water and bromine level in spa in pool area
- clean all mirrors, wipe all equipment, take out trash, run vacuum cleaner, clean glass doors in exercise room
- perform other duties as assigned
