- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks including heavy cleaning
- availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- good communication skills
- ability to follow instructions and adhere to resort policies

Job Qualifications

- previous experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred

Job Duties
- maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas and back-of-house facilities
- perform custodial functions including heavy cleaning as directed by management
- respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues related to public area cleanliness
- ensure the highest standards of comfort and safety are upheld
- set an example by delivering exceptional service to guests and staff
- adhere strictly to all resort policies, procedures, and guidelines
