Job Requirements

- Additional education, training, certificates, or experience may be required
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive, engaging personality and professional appearance
- Basic math and computer skills

- Eye for detail and understanding of mixing tools and techniques
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of bartender experience in a high-volume environment
- Valid food handler's card
- OLCC certification
- Experience using POS systems and computers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Positive and professional attitude when engaging with residents, families, and team members
Job Duties
- Welcoming customers and determining beverage preferences
- Making drink recommendations and taking orders
- Planning drink menus and informing customers about specials
- Mixing and garnishing drinks
- Checking IDs to verify legal drinking age
- Taking inventory and ordering bar supplies
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards
- Handling transactions accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness of work and dining areas
- Developing new cocktail recipes
