Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to frequently lift and move up to 55 pounds
  • Capable of performing physical work in a loud environment
  • Comfortable working in wet and humid conditions
  • Outgoing personality with exemplary customer service skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities under stress and high volume
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by accurately and enthusiastically meeting guest requests
  • Assist fellow employees with their needs in a polite and professional manner
  • Maintain positive energy and a professional attitude throughout shifts
  • Ensure the dining room, including floors, tabletops, chairs, and seating areas, is spotless and sanitized
  • Carry dirty dishes to the kitchen adhering to dish pit etiquette
  • Wipe up spills and perform sweeping and mopping tasks to maintain clean floors
  • Restock clean napkins, silverware, glassware, dishes, and condiments in dining and wait stations
  • Run food and beer from kitchen to tables efficiently
  • Properly separate and remove trash, recycling, and compost to designated dumpsters
  • Adhere to cleanliness procedures including wearing gloves and masks
  • Arrive on time and prepared for shifts
  • Maintain stamina and work on feet for extended hours
  • Stock wait stations with ice and glassware as needed
  • Help maintain restroom cleanliness during shifts
  • Understand and be able to describe food and beer menu details
  • Support expo with tasks such as filling ramekins and washing platter boards
