Additional administrative duties may include tracking keys, managing managers' schedules, and processing work orders to the appropriate departments.

This position requires a self-directed individual who can multitask efficiently while demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence and motivational skills. The receptionist is expected to adhere strictly to all organizational policies including compliance with the National Church Residences' Employee Information Guide, Code of Conduct, drug-free workplace mandates, safe work practices, and privacy and security regulations under HIPAA. The ability to communicate effectively in English, possess basic computer proficiency, and manage time effectively is essential.

Working conditions are generally good, although some exposure to illness or physical contact with residents may occur. The role involves occasional standing, sitting, and light lifting, and requires the employee to perform duties with a positive and professional demeanor while contributing as a team member to promote a collaborative work environment.
