Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- at least six months of general office work experience with customer service emphasis
- strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite and related software
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- must adhere to all organizational policies, procedures and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- capacity to perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and mail processing
- must be self-directed and able to work with general supervision
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- six months of general office work experience with a focus on customer service
- good communication, comprehension, and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with basic professional computer software such as Microsoft Office and Windows
- ability to learn new software systems quickly
- self-directed with excellent organizational skills
- strong motivational skills and high emotional intelligence
- ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
Job Duties
- Answers phones according to facility policy
- takes and relays messages for managers and staff
- screens calls
- greets residents, visitors and staff and helps with their needs in a professional and compassionate manner
- maintains work area to ensure a welcoming environment that is clean and sanitary
- restocks supplies, refreshments, point of sale items, collateral, etc.
- provides directions to residents, visitors, and staff making connections with the correct responsible party as needed
- assists with tasks as assigned such as tracking facility keys and managers' schedule
- processes work orders/IDT's and ensures they are given to correct department
- performs clerical functions such as computer data entry, sorting and filing
- photocopying for residents and management staff
- processes incoming and outgoing mail
- assists with resident requests as needed
