Job Requirements

  • At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
  • Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
  • Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
  • Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
  • Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
  • Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit required

Job Qualifications

  • At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
  • Knowledge of mixing and serving a wide variety of drinks
  • Familiarity with operation of bar equipment
  • Understanding of applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with computerized Point of Sale systems
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks and cocktails
  • Operate bar equipment properly and maintain a clean bar area
  • Use computerized Point of Sale system for transactions
  • Comply with applicable liquor laws and regulations
  • Adhere to standard cash handling procedures
  • Ensure excellent guest service through friendly and knowledgeable interaction
  • Assist in maintaining inventory and stocking bar supplies
