Job Requirements
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Ability to perform essential functions on the computerized Point of Sale system
- Working knowledge and ability to mix and serve a wide variety of drinks
- Working knowledge of the proper operation of all bar equipment
- Working knowledge of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of standard cash handling procedures
- Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit required
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of related education, training and/or experience
- Knowledge of mixing and serving a wide variety of drinks
- Familiarity with operation of bar equipment
- Understanding of applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Proficiency with computerized Point of Sale systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Current State Food Handler's License and OLCC Permit
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks and cocktails
- Operate bar equipment properly and maintain a clean bar area
- Use computerized Point of Sale system for transactions
- Comply with applicable liquor laws and regulations
- Adhere to standard cash handling procedures
- Ensure excellent guest service through friendly and knowledgeable interaction
- Assist in maintaining inventory and stocking bar supplies
