Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to operate cash register
- Ability to move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs
- Ability to ascend and descend ladders
- Ability to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop frequently
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Ability to comprehend and follow detailed instructions
- Ability to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80 percent of the time
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- College experience preferred
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Ensure all crew members are wowing the customer through personal contact with customers
- Train the crew on the best customer service experience
- Help oversee the daily activities of all store associates
- Assist with the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock
- Act as manager on duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations
- Manage the entire process of opening or closing the store
- Support the onboarding and ongoing training of associates
- Drive store sales and control expenses
- Partner with store leadership in merchandising procedures
- Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep
