Job Requirements
- One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-drive retail environment
- Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets the needs of the business, including overnights, evenings, holidays and weekend shifts
- Occasional overnight travel may be required
- Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods of time
Job Qualifications
- One-to-two years of experience in a high volume, customer-driven retail environment
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated flexibility with availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to lift at least 40 lbs, stand and move for extended periods
- Motivated, resourceful, and collaborative team player with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Act as greeter to welcome customers into the store
- Serve as runner to support operational tasks
- Operate cash register and manage transactions
- Answer phone calls and provide information
- Understand and execute store policies and procedures
- Pack and unpack shipments in a timely manner
- Organize stock room to maintain efficient product flow and store operations
