Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience preferably in hospitality or spa industry
- excellent communication skills
- strong multitasking ability
- keen attention to detail
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays
- basic computer skills including booking and scheduling software experience
- sales experience preferred
