The role of Room Attendant at Graduate by Hilton Eugene, managed by Schulte Hospitality Group, is an essential position within the hospitality team. Job Duties

  • Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company-mandated standards
  • Ensure that rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels
  • Understand and follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel
  • Maintain knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, hotel services, hotel service hours of operation, and hotel surroundings (i.e. mall, restaurants)
  • Ensure that rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
  • Identify items that guests have left behind and report items utilizing hotel's lost and found procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
