Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in high-end bar serving or related work
- current New Mexico alcohol server certification
- New Mexico Food Handler Certification
- ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- US work authorization unless currently employed in a managerial position at Four Seasons
- strong knowledge of food and beverage, cocktails, beer, and wine preferred
- genuine personality and passion for hospitality
- ability to operate Micros Operating System

Job Duties
- Provide an enjoyable and expertly served bar experience conforming to Four Seasons standards
- deliver detailed ingredients information and engaging descriptions of drink menu options including wine and cocktails
- constantly learn to expand knowledge of food products, liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs, and specialty drinks
- assist bartenders with side work and perform hostess duties such as greeting guests and taking reservations in their absence
- anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns
- accurately close guest checks and process cash and credit payments
- properly settle voided checks or complimentary items
