Job Requirements
- Six months to one year customer service experience or related experience performing office or clerical duties
- excellent phone etiquette skills
- effective verbal and written English communication skills
- demonstrated basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation
- ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment

Job Duties
- Answer phone, take messages, and direct calls
- greet and direct visitors and vendors to the proper area
- ensure work area, reception area, and main entrance are kept neat and clean
- complete clerical work such as typing, filing, sorting and distributing mail as needed
- handle outgoing mail accurately and timely
- perform other special projects and duties as assigned
