The current opening is for a Part-Time Weekend Receptionist working the evening shift. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of the facility's front office during weekends. The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and callers, ensuring that all communications are handled professionally and efficiently. Candidates should expect to engage in diverse administrative and clerical duties, including answering calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments, managing mail flow, and ensuring the reception area remains organized and inviting. Job Requirements

  • Six months to one year customer service experience or related experience performing office or clerical duties
  • excellent phone etiquette skills
  • effective verbal and written English communication skills
  • demonstrated basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation
  • ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment

Job Duties

  • Answer phone, take messages, and direct calls
  • greet and direct visitors and vendors to the proper area
  • ensure work area, reception area, and main entrance are kept neat and clean
  • complete clerical work such as typing, filing, sorting and distributing mail as needed
  • handle outgoing mail accurately and timely
  • perform other special projects and duties as assigned
