Job Requirements

Ability to work long hours
Physical ability to perform medium work including exerting up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds frequently
Ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms
Capability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
Near vision required to see details at close range
Ability to stand for long periods without sitting or leaning
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English
Ability to multitask

Job Qualifications

At least 3 years of progressive food and beverage or bartending experience
Current alcohol serving certificate preferred
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English
Ability to multitask in a high energy, high stress environment
Knowledge of current beverage trends
Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Be a crowd pleaser - smile, welcome, engage, connecting with people while courteously serving guests, monitoring and ensuring legal consumption
Be a food and beverage guru - know your outlet's food and beverage offerings and stay current on industry trends to mix the latest and greatest drinks, ensuring guest satisfaction and maximized revenues
Be a professional - keep your bar stocked, cleaned and sanitary, serve safely, handle cash and credit appropriately, follow established policies and procedures
Be a safety and security agent - follow the hotel's established safety and security policies and procedures, anticipate problems and call management as needed
Maintain excellent communication with guests and coworkers
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Uphold all health and safety regulations in the preparation and serving of beverages
