Job Description
Valet Living is a leading provider of residential community services, specializing in delivering high-quality valet trash and related amenities to apartment communities across the United States. Recognized for its innovative approach and commitment to enhancing residents' living experiences, Valet Living stands out in the property management services industry. This company emphasizes building a strong culture where employees are valued, leadership is centered on service, and career growth opportunities abound. With a focus on operational excellence and a team-oriented environment, Valet Living supports its employees with clear paths for advancement and the necessary tools to succeed.
The position of Lead Service Valet at Valet Living is a crucial role designed to ensure the smooth operational flow and superior service delivery within assigned apartment communities. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the Lead Service Valet has a dynamic, hands-on workload that includes covering service routes, overseeing quality control, and supporting team development. This role acts as a pivotal bridge between front-line service teams and upper management, playing a vital part in maintaining the company’s high standards and operational efficiency. The employment type is hourly, with a competitive pay rate set at $21.00 per hour, complemented by a flexible work schedule that includes shifts Sunday through Saturday, adapting to business needs.
In this role, the Lead Service Valet will take on leadership duties during the absence of Area Leaders, ensuring continual coverage and management of service routes. The individual will be instrumental in training and mentoring new and existing Service Valets, conducting audits to maintain safety and service quality, and addressing service issues with agility. The position demands keen problem-solving abilities, the capability to recognize trends, and the initiative to propose and implement process improvements. The Lead Service Valet may also be called upon to support multiple districts as required, assist with container deliveries, new client onboarding, and community events, thereby broadening their impact and experience.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a customer-first mindset, and team leadership potential who thrives in fast-changing environments. Success in this position often leads to advancement opportunities up to Area Leader roles, offering a clear career development pathway within the company. Working at Valet Living means joining a forward-thinking, supportive team that values each member's contribution while promoting an active, outdoor work environment. Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement, the use of company tools and mobile applications, and a supportive culture that values employee impact and rapid payment options such as DailyPay.
Overall, the Lead Service Valet position offers not only a competitive wage and flexible schedule but also the chance to grow professionally in a well-established company committed to diversity, inclusion, and employee development. Valet Living's dedication to excellence and its roadmap for career progression make it an excellent place for motivated individuals keen on making a meaningful impact.
