Employees are also eligible for quarterly bonuses totaling up to $3,200 per year, rewarding exceptional customer service and hotel profitability. These financial incentives reflect Drury Hotels' commitment to recognizing and rewarding employee contributions to the hotel's success.
As a Guest Service Agent and Kickback Attendant at Drury Inn & Suites, employees will serve as the friendly and helpful face of the hotel, providing efficient check-in and check-out services while also assisting with the evening Kickback service, which includes food preparation, guest hosting, bartending, and clean-up. The role requires maintaining a high standard of hospitality and integrity to promote the company culture and ensure every guest enjoys a positive experience.

In addition to financial and scheduling benefits, Drury Hotels offers robust career development opportunities through mentorship, cross-training, development plans, and management training, contributing to over 200 internal promotions in the past year.
Health and well-being are prioritized with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, and disability insurance options, along with access to a Team Member Assistance Program.
