Experience working with children and children's events
retail or customer service experience

Job Duties

Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
engage clients of all ages by creating a fun and creative environment
demonstrate and instruct participants in craft projects and activities such as face painting
facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards
communicate event details with clients and store team members
perform administrative tasks such as answering emails and completing paperwork
adjust plans based on client feedback and create backup plans
ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
uphold cleanliness and safety standards, setting up and cleaning before and after events
help customers shop and locate products
provide fast and friendly checkout experience
promote Rewards program and credit card enrollments
educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS
participate in truck unloading, stocking, and merchandise recovery
perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
support shrink and safety programs
adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Company policies
interact with others respectfully and remain positive
cross-trained in custom framing selling and production
participate in daily store cleanliness activities
