Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to understand direction in English
- ability to walk/stand for 100 percent of the work day
- ability to lift and carry up to 35lbs independently and push/pull carts and trays weighing up to 100lbs
- minimum of one year restaurant/senior living or equivalent experience

Job Duties
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and operational organization
- sets up the dish and pot washing area
- prepares for dish washing and washes pots, dishes and utensils
- cleans and sanitizes production equipment, work surfaces and other areas of the kitchen including mopping and sweeping, according to cleaning schedules and procedures
- empties trash containers as required
- assist with meal deliveries and delivery process as needed
- works buffet line as needed
- trains in prep cook area as time allows
- maintains standards for personal appearance and cleanliness, maintains orderly, safe, sanitary, and secure work area at all time and follows all established safety and quality control procedures
