Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work Wednesday through Saturday, 8am to 4pm
- Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Scrape, rinse, and load dishes in the commercial grade dishwasher
- Manually wash large pots and pans, including scrubbing off stuck on debris
- Unload dishes and utensils from dish machine and organize them properly
- Sanitize and wipe down dish room and kitchen food prep stations
- Sweep and mop kitchen area
- Clean hood vents, speed racks, and dish machine
- Clean out cres cors, trash cans, and hot bags/hot cubes
- Empty trash bins, collect and remove waste from the floor and work surfaces, separate recyclables and properly dispose of grease
- Assist with stocking items in the storage area on delivery days
- Work as an additional kitchen staff support as needed or when there is down time
