Job Requirements

  • Age 18 or older
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • valid driver’s license with good driving record and reliable transportation
  • ability to communicate effectively in written and oral form
  • strong customer service skills
  • must be a team player
  • quick learner
  • ability to multitask
  • problem solving and conflict resolution skills with knowledge of when to escalate
  • ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, security check, motor records check and non-DOT physical
  • certain positions may require credit check
  • ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally
  • sufficient mobility, strength, and dexterity to perform duties
  • specific vision and hearing capabilities as described

  • Handle reservations for hotels, rental cars, and limos for inbound aircraft
  • process fuel invoices accurately
  • display strong customer service skills
  • multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • address and resolve customer issues
  • escalate conflicts appropriately
  • perform other duties as assigned
