These include Active Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and short-term Respite Care, collectively accommodating more than 2200 units. TerraBella Senior Living is dedicated to creating vibrant, supportive environments where residents can thrive and enjoy fulfilling lifestyles supported by attentive care and comprehensive amenities.

The company stands out for its commitment to quality service and lifestyle enhancement for its residents. Each community is designed with amenities and services that foster comfort, social interaction, and wellness for seniors. TerraBella Senior Living is currently seeking a full-time Concierge (Receptionist) with rotating weekend shifts to join its community at Signal Mountain Senior Living. This role is central to the daily operation of the community, serving as the first point of contact for guests, residents, and staff. The Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by greeting visitors warmly, managing incoming and internal calls efficiently, relaying messages accurately, and providing general information to ensure a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the community.

The Concierge will be a vital link within the community, facilitating communication, managing appointments for residents and their families, and supporting the dining and marketing departments with various administrative tasks. These duties include preparing meal tickets, tallying meal counts, maintaining phone lists and resident rosters, and organizing mail distribution. Maintaining a neat and welcoming entry area also forms an essential part of the job, reflecting the community’s standard of professionalism and care.

To succeed in this role, candidates should exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The position requires someone who can uphold TerraBella’s high standards of service, maintain accurate records, and work collaboratively with team members to support residents’ needs.

TerraBella offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, underscoring its commitment to employee well-being and professional growth. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, paid time off, paid holidays, a 401(k) plan with company match, an Employee Assistance Program, and accident insurance policies. Working at TerraBella Senior Living provides an opportunity to build a rewarding career in senior care, contribute meaningfully to the community, and join a team dedicated to enriching the lives of seniors.
