The role available at The GIANT Company is focused on Retail Store Positions based in Trexlertown, Pennsylvania. The position involves direct interaction with customers in a fast-paced store environment, emphasizing exceptional customer service and product knowledge. As a team member in this role, you will engage with customers by welcoming them warmly, offering knowledgeable product recommendations, and enhancing their shopping experience through product sampling and demonstrations. Producing high-quality products while adhering to strict company standards for food safety and presentation is key. You are expected to follow merchandising protocols, maintain stock rotation, and ensure all items served meet visual and quality standards.

One key area of contribution is supporting store profitability through meticulous adherence to cash handling procedures and inventory guidelines. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to expand your skills by learning the standards and practices of being a barista, with dedicated self-initiated learning beyond the standard training program. Developing proficiency in Starbucks product knowledge and customer service standards is part of the position’s growth and development pathway.

Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform continuous job cycles reflecting the dynamic retail setting. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Must meet company attendance and performance standards
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Food handling certificate preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service
