The role being offered is an essential position within WFS's Miami International Airport ground handling operations. As part of the ramp services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth and safe handling of all aircraft arrivals and departures. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as marshalling aircraft to ensure accurate positioning, loading and unloading cargo and baggage, and operating various types of ground support equipment safely. The role demands attention to detail and a focus on safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment in a high-traffic airport setting. This job is unionized, falling under a collective bargaining agreement with the Transport Workers Union (TWU), meaning membership in the union and payment of associated dues are required.

Job Duties
- Marshall aircraft upon arrival and departure
- load and unload cargo and baggage on and off aircraft
- safely drive and operate ground support equipment including belt loaders, tugs, and baggage carts to pick-up and deliver cargo and bags between terminal, warehouse and aircraft
- sort and load freight
- perform aircraft pushback, wing walking and related guide man functions
- maintain a secure work environment
