This part-time, non-management Bar Server position at Gaylord Pacific Resort and Convention Center offers an hourly wage of $16.90 and includes tip eligibility, providing an attractive compensation package for motivated candidates. The role focuses on delivering exceptional drink service to guests by preparing drink orders accurately according to specified recipes and using precise measuring systems. Responsibilities include opening and serving wine and champagne bottles, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and ensuring that fresh garnishes and adequate supplies such as ice, glassware, and paper products are always stocked. Bar Servers are also responsible for washing soiled glassware, clearing used wares from tables and bar tops, and anticipating the needs for replenishment to maintain smooth operations.

Additional duties include processing all payment methods, counting and securing the bank at the end of shifts, completing cashier reports, and securing alcoholic beverages and storage areas. Candidates will be expected to perform closing duties and follow all company safety and security policies. This position requires physical stamina, as Bar Servers may need to stand, sit, or walk for extended work shifts, handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and maneuver over various surfaces and spaces. Job Duties

  • Prepare drink orders for guests according to specified recipes using measuring systems
