Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Some college preferred
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in all weather conditions periodically
- Proficiency in computer use
- Experience with retail point of sale systems preferred
- Experience in cash handling for cashier positions
- Basic plant knowledge preferred
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Assist customers on the sales floor and provide product knowledge
- Stock and price merchandise
- Tend to plants and flowers in the Greenhouse
- Unload delivery trucks and maintain cleanliness and organization
