Job Requirements

At least sixteen years old
meet federal, state, and local legal employment requirements
able to remain standing for long periods
capable of moving throughout the store
able to regularly bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch
capable of lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves using ladders
able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
able to handle public retail store environment
willing to engage in physical tasks including unloading trucks and retrieving shopping carts
able to comply with company Standard Operating Procedures and policies
willing to promote a positive and respectful work environment

Job Qualifications

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
effective communication and interpersonal skills
ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, reaching, and carrying
willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and early mornings
ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
customer-focused mindset
ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
willingness to learn cross-functional skills such as custom framing

Job Duties

Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
provide a fast and friendly checkout experience
execute cash handling to standards
engage customers on the benefits of the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
participate in the truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
complete merchandise recovery and maintenance including the merchandise return/go back process and general store recovery
perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
support shrink and safety programs
adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements
interact with others respectfully and positively even in difficult situations
cross trained in custom framing selling and production
other duties as assigned
